Import bookings and assign rooms and beds
Your reservation files
Uploads support Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, OA Tech files, and standard CSV. Review detected data and rows requiring attention in the import preview.
Reservation numbers and status
Check dates, cancellation status, booking sources, and original reservation numbers. QR verification requires an original booking from a supported OTA.
Rooms and beds
Assign guests in today's arrival groups to active rooms. For dormitories, assign active beds as well.
Arrival instructions
Check access details and guides for the assigned rooms. If a booking needs its original source registered again, compare it with the original file and re-import it.
Registering a booking does not guarantee QR access
Manual bookings and standard CSV imports do not automatically make every booking eligible for QR verification. Check booking readiness on the dashboard.
